Lift supply and installation
A new lift is a long-term investment in your building. DOTEC supplies and installs passenger elevators, home lifts, and commercial systems—with cabin choices, shaft coordination, and commissioning that match your project timeline and safety expectations.
Planning before you build or retrofit
Successful installations start with the right capacity, speed, and shaft layout—not a catalogue pick made in isolation. We review architectural drawings, pit and overhead dimensions, machine room or MRL requirements, and expected traffic for your building type. That applies whether you are a developer in Madhurawada, a society in MVP Colony, or a villa owner planning a private lift.
You can select from our MS cabin line and premium stainless collections showcased on our elevators page. We explain trade-offs between cost, finish, door type, and maintenance access so your lobby and shaft work stay aligned from day one.
Installation, testing, and handover
Our installation teams coordinate with civil, electrical, and façade contractors on site. We set expectations for power, earthing, and shaft readiness, then install hoistway equipment, cars, doors, and controls to manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Before handover, we run functional and safety checks, train your facility team or residents on normal use, and provide documentation you need for occupancy and ongoing AMC. For phased towers, we align car-by-car delivery with construction milestones.
After installation: the first years matter
New lifts still need a bedding-in period and structured maintenance. We offer AMC from day one so adjustments, lubrication, and minor tuning happen on schedule—not after a breakdown. If you are replacing an old lift in an occupied building, we plan downtime, passenger communication, and temporary routing with your management team.
DOTEC remains your single contact for warranty support, spare parts, and future modernization—so the lift you install today can evolve with your building.
